Display Messages and Troubleshooting
Never make treatment decisions based on an error message. If you have any concerns,
please call the ACCU-CHEK Customer Care Service Center at 1-800-858-8072, 24 hours a
day, 365 days a year.
The meter will not turn on or the display is blank.
Possible Cause Solution
Batteries are dead
Extreme temperatures
Display is damaged
Meter is defective
Insert new batteries
Move the meter to room temperature
