To change an existing comment:

• Double-click the diary entry you wish to change. The

insertion point now flashes in that text field.

• Change the text as you wish.

• Complete text input by pressing the Enter key.

To delete an existing comment:

• Double-click the comment you wish to delete. The

insertion point now flashes in that text field.

• Delete the text.

• After deleting text, press the Enter key.
